Matthew Bigg's, well known for his appearances on the long-running BBC Radio 4 Gardeners' Question Time keeps the crowds enthralled at the PlantNetwork annual conference being held at the Eden Project.

PlantNetwork, the national network of botanic gardens and other plant collections in the UK, is currently holding its annual conference at the Eden Project in Cornwall. Appropriate then that the conference Contemporary Issues for Gardens and Plant Collections is being held at one of the UK's most contemporary gardens (Eden opened its doors to the public in 2001).

The conference delegates have been treated to some wonderful talks on the first day, highlighting all the important issues facing modern plant collections, with the final day being wrapped up by famous horticulturist Matthew Biggs who attacked the topic of communication with gusto.
